SEATRADEUSA // Seeking Experienced Sales Person:
As general agents for the Seatrade Group of companies, SeatradeUSA represents a number of
liner/common carrier trades. Our business has changed dramatically over the past year, with a greater
emphasis on container vessel operations and sales. We are seeking to add to our sales staff with an
individual who has container line, NVO or freight forwarding experience preferably in the USA
Northeast.
This position will include following up on sales leads for both import and export cargoes, analyzing
statistical reports to identify potential clients, cold-calling potential clients, negotiating freight rates and
service contracts, sales support and customer service.
We need a self-starter who can work jointly with the existing sales team based out of our Tampa
headquarter office. Our Northeast office is moving to Essington, PA as from May 1 – within close
proximity of the Philadelphia International Airport. Salary is commensurate with experience. The
company offers health insurance and a matching 401k program.
