transportation to and from the game)

Family Friendly…
This is a school wide field trip; families are welcome and encouraged to attend this event. There
is an attached order form on the back of the permission slip for family members interested in
attending the Bucks game. Also, if you are interested in being a chaperone for the event, please
contact Mr. Richter: 262-359-4466 or [email protected]. Chaperones may ride the bus;
however other family members will be responsible for their own transportation. If you cannot
attend the morning and afternoon activities, you are still welcome to attend the Bucks game at
the school price in the evening.
In addition, two students will be picked by Mr. Baumgart to be “Co-Captains” of the game.
These lucky students will be introduced via PA to the home crowd and have the opportunity to
meet the team captains from the Bucks and 76ers as well as the NBA referees at center court.
There will also be a drawing held where 6 lucky students can win a chance to be a part of “The
Bucks Starting Line-up” on the court during introductions, where you can give the Bucks and
76ers players a high five. Another 20 will have a chance to win “Halftime High-Five” in the
tunnel where you can give Bucks players a high-five as they take the court after half-time.

It is understood that the student is under school supervision while on the field trip, but that neither the school district nor
those in charge shall be held responsible for difficulties arising from not following directions or in case of accident. I

All normal precautions will be taken to ensure a safe and worthwhile trip, but the school and those in charge of this trip cannot
be responsible for any difficulty arising from students not following directions or in case or accident.

In order to attted: Students may NOT have more than 1 referral from January 26th-February 25th.
*If the student receives more than 1 referral during this time, the student will not be allowed to attend the trip with the school
and will not be refunded their money towards food at the game and bus transportation, but will still receive their ticket to the
game. The parent will then assume responsibility for transportation to and from the game. Bullen Middle School will not be
responsible for the child during the game.
