Definition Revenue targets [Provisions of the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act, SBC 2001, c. 28, relevant to the enactment of this regulation: section 9] Definition 1. In this regulation, "Act" means the Balanced Budget and Ministerial Accountability Act. Revenue targets 2. For the purposes of section 5 (2) of the Act, (a) (b) the sources of actual revenue for the 2009/2010 fiscal year are specified as audit and revenue compliance related activities in respect of taxes, resource royalties and other revenues payable under enactments administered by the revenue minister, and the amount of actual revenue in the 2009/2010 fiscal year from the revenue sources referred to in paragraph (a) is specified as $211 100 000.
