Players
As a competitor we would like to thank you on making the decision to join Tees Valley WSC. We hope that
you will find fun and friendship within the team you choose to join, as well as learning and developing
your skills. At any level, it’s all about enjoying the game and trying to improve your own ability with your
team. We are a competitive club and we try to ensure there is competition for all levels. We pride
ourselves on our development structure, which gives everyone the chance to work there way up the
ladder in that particular sport on offer
If you ever have any questions, speak to a committee member who will always be happy to help you.
Subs
Subs for members will be £15 per month and are payable 1st of every month. Membership will include,
access to all sports run by the club in designated session to your age or playing level (this will be
determined by the coaches).. We require this to be paid by a standing order and the attached form to be
taken to you bank. This can be cancelled at anytime if you leave the club (this is not a 12 month contract).
Subs for Associate members will be charged at £4.50 per training session that they attend. However you
would have to purchase your own titans kit.
There should be NO exceptions to paying subs (even if you have missed sessions due to illness, injury, or
holidays, etc) unless due to extreme family financial hardship. They are payable for each member no
matter how many (or how few) training sessions or matches are attended each week.
Members/Associates
Becoming a full member of the club will entitle you to all training set up by the club in your age group or
your playing level (this will be determined by the coaches), team kit, and to be able to represent the team
in the national league and other competitions if selected.
An associate of the club will have access to training with the club but will not receive team kit or be able
to represent the club in competition. An associate will also have to pay the £4.50 charge for EVERY
training session attended.

Consent. To be given by parent/carer guardian where member is a junior, under 18 years of
age at registration: In the event that I (my son/daughter) am injured while playing wheelchair
sport or travelling to and from sporting events, and am unable to give permission (cannot be
contacted on the above numbers), I hereby *DO / DO NOT give consent for me (my
son/daughter) to receive medical attention.
I also hereby *DO / DO NOT give consent for photographs of myself (son/daughter) to be taken
at arranged training sessions or club events and games and used at the club's discretion
including the club’s website.
I also agree that should I, or my child leave Tees Valley WSC I will return all club equipment given to us and
pay any monies due. I understand that if I do not comply with this Tees Valley WSC reserve the right to
withhold mine or my son’s/daughter’s registration cards until the matter is resolved; this may prevent me
or them from playing for another club.

Associate at £4.50 per training session, per participant. Should you or your child attend
a training session and not pay subs for any reason then they will be expected to pay for
the missed week at next attendance. Not paying to attend is unfair on other players that
pay their subs on a weekly basis. You will NOT receive club kit, league registration, and
will NOT be eligible to represent RGK Tees Valley Titans at competitions.
Member/Junior Member at the rate of £15.00 per month for 12 months (payable on the 1st of
each month). (Annual cost - 12 x 15.00 = £180). Becoming a member you will receive club kit,
league registration, and to be able to represent the team in the national league and other
competitions if selected. (Payable by Standing Order, form is Below)
Advance Subs Option - is available at the rate of £180 each season. Players & Parents
should note that the £180 is non refundable (for any reason) and MUST be paid no later
than 1st July 2014. Becoming a member you will receive club kit, league registration,
eligible to represent RGK Tees Valley Titans at competitions.
