Department Representative’s announcements). Group ticketing will proceed in accordance
to the following principles discussed by the 54th Central Management Committee, and
disobeying the premise can result in disadvantages for the department. (Maximum: Inclusion
of the department’s tickets in individual ticketing)
- Enrolled students (As the quantity of group ticketing is oriented to enrolled students, we
have set the following standard)
The 54th Central Management Committee has also set the following as subject of
recommendation.
- Priority to freshmen in ticket distribution
As it is impossible to accommodate all students in the festival, we suggest that it is best
to give priority to freshmen who have not yet experienced the festival to prevent them from
being unable to participate in the festival for unintentional circumstances. “AKARAKA 2017”
is a festival that integrates Yonsei’s distinct college and cheering culture. As leading
organization of hosting and managing the festival, AKARAKA requests each department to
follow this subject of recommendation as it would help involve as many freshmen possible
to experience cheering culture, which is crucial to maintaining and developing Yonsei’s
cheering culture in the future.
-The list of students for group ticketing is compulsory for the individual ticketing procedure.
The department will be responsible for any disadvantages occurred from not collecting
ticket within the ticket collection period.
