Reggaeton Bounce Double step with hip twist and
arm pull (from B1 DVD) – 3 x on the 4th repetition
follow the music for just a single step (no double)
with a lot of personality.
Merengue 6 count step fitness variation from the
new B1 format – the Beto Swing. One foot touches
down on each side while the hips swing side to side
and the hands push to the side with the hip and foot
then circle in the center as you switch to the other
side. High intensity movement.
Merengue March in place (16 x)
Then move forward 4 marches with 4 arms side-toside at shoulder height, hold 4 marches in place with
4 arms reaching overhead – march back 4 marches
