Jason DeLozier of UAA Alumni Relations - Jason DeLozier and Jason Smart- 9 in the Spine (indoor golf) event will be taking place March 2, 2017. Application Deadline February 17, 2017. - 2 nine whole courses, 36 teams of 4 people. - Applications are available at UAA Alumni Relations webpage to register - Set up 3PM till 5PM, food will be provided - Event starts at 630PM-930PM - Cake and reception afterwards - $100 reimbursed to the clubs to any whole that is approved, with original receipts. b. Joseph Mitzel of UAA Justice Club - Valentine’s Day Fundraiser, proceeds go to AWAIC and STAR. - Purchase a combo of roses, candy, and card. - Free Delivery, only on Campus. c. Gary Lytle: SVUAA - February 6, 2017, 3PM-5PM in the Den (SU) presentation for students who are interested in BP. - Virtual interviewing best practices and scholarship opportunities. - Open for Freshmen through Seniors. d. Club Announcements i. Publicity Center Levi Werner, Publicity Center Graphic Design for student clubs available. ii. Seawolf Debate: debating championship, need 32 teams. $500 per person if you win, $100 if pass the first two rounds. Deadline next Tuesday- Jan 31st. iii. Dental Hygiene Club: Dental Clinic looking for patients, students practice on patients. iv. AADMD: Promoting diversity v. Lions Club: Blood Drive Jan 31 9AM-4PM in front of Bookstore, 76 lives saved last semester. Battle Crows: 3 Barons Fair, 25th Anniversary, open cast. Benefits the vi. community. First of second full weekends of June. Open Cast/Audition 2-4PM Feb 11 in the 1st Congregational Church. 3. BUDGET REPORT a. Amount Remaining: $23,743.79 b. New Maximum: $3,130.00 - Motion to vote to increase by $3,130 for Accessibility Fund, Approved 4. USUAA REPORT - New UAA Core Values Report for 2020 5.
