Fellowship of Christian Athletes Golf Tournament
Fund-Raising Plan
In order to participate in the tournament you must pay OR raise a minimum of **$300 per
person. We encourage you to raise beyond the minimum to help FCA. All money raised will
go towards supporting the Wyoming Fellowship of Christian Athletes and in turn helping the
students and coaches who are impacted by FCA at the middle school, high school, and college
level.
Incentives (Per Person)
$300- Participation in tournament, including lunch, giveaways, and prizes
$500- Merchandise from FCA magazine (up to $50, fcagear.com)
$1000- Autographed Jack Nicklaus Limited addition print. A 20 ½” X 30 ¾” print with
Nicklaus hologram and letter of authenticity – only 250 printed. (If pursuing this piece contact Aaron
for reserving a print). + $500 choices.
How do I raise funds?
1. On the back of this sheet you will find a pledge sheet.
2. Ask friends and family or a local business to sponsor you with a tax deductible
donation as you try to raise the money to play in this tournament. ** Send out a
note to your email contacts**
3. Share with them the purpose of this tournament and why you are raising the
money
4. Bring pledge sheet and money the day of the tournament (Friday June 9th).
Please collect your money prior to the tournament!…. you will be
responsible for anything short of $300.
5. Have a great time playing golf and raising money for a great cause.
**If you are an FCA Home Team member (or give money to FCA on a monthly or annual basis), you
can deduct your per month FCA contribution from your registration fee. **
**Business or Corporate Donations of $300 or more will receive sponsorship recognition for one year
in the state newsletter (1000+pieces 2 times/year) and the Wyoming FCA website.
** If you join the FCA Home Team of any Wyoming FCA staff by committing to contribute a monthly
donation of $25/month or more (or you can increase your current monthly support), this will qualify
you for your registration fee for the tournament.

We suggest you ask for pledges of $25, $50 or $100. When you make the ask, collect
the money and bring it with you on the day of the tournament or you can send it in to
the SE WY FCA office – PO Box 2256 Laramie, WY 82073. Make checks payable to
FCA.
