block.

Homework
Your child will be given homework each week. The daily homework includes:
 English / spellings - Monday
 Maths / timetables – Tuesday
 Science – Wednesday
 Home reading – at least 10 minutes everyday
 Cornerstones project work - ongoing
Set homework will be given at least once a week and will be given to pupils on the above
set days.
Please check your child’s work once they have completed it to make sure it is neatly
presented.
Homework is extremely important, as it helps children to consolidate their learning
and prepares them for next steps in learning.
