BUTLER: Butler Motor Transit is our primary pick up point in the Butler area. Generally, no
Exceptional Adventures employees are available at this boarding location. Guest(s) are formally
checked in at the next boarding location. Call Butler Motor Transit for directions at 724-282-1000


NORTH HUNTINGDON: Wal-Mart is our NEW primary pick up point in the Irwin area. It is
off of US Route 30 and nearby the Irwin turnpike interchange. We will meet towards the far right
side of the lot near the guardrail. Look for the “Outdoor Living” section and Row # 1 for parking.
Turn onto Ronda Court from Rt 30- You will see a Sheetz and then First Niagara Bank heading
up the hill to Wal-Mart. This pick-up is approximately 3 miles from previous pick up point in
Irwin. (Wal-Mart- 915 Mills Drive, North Huntingdon, PA 15642)

GREENTREE: From downtown Pittsburgh, take the Parkway West to the Greentree Road exit.
Turn right on Greentree Road. Covenant Community Presby Church is at 1630 Greentree Road,
approximately 3 miles on the right-hand side, across from St. Simon and Jude Catholic Church
(Covenant-Community Presbyterian Church - 1630 Greentree Road – Pittsburgh PA

Please read this information. It will help our guests enjoy their trip.
HOTEL PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS
For the safety of our guests, no one will be permitted to drive to the hotel unless you have arranged this
with Exceptional Adventures. You must ride your assigned bus. There are NO exceptions!
Please make sure you are at your assigned pick-up point on time so you don’t miss the bus. No refunds
will be given for those who miss their bus. For safety reasons, any guests that miss their bus are not
permitted to be dropped off at the hotel or ride another bus unless you have arranged this with
Exceptional Adventures! No exceptions!
All too often, guests miss their bus for this tour DUE TO STAFF ERRORS AT THEIR HOMES. Please
be advised that Exceptional Adventures WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNDER SUCH
CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO BE ON TIME AT YOUR ASSIGNED
PICK UP POINT. (See enclosed itinerary.) THANK YOU!
DRESS CLOTHES
This event is semi-formal. Casual dress is NOT acceptable.
All suits and dresses need to be marked with the guest’s name.
Please remember to have guests try on their suits/dresses at home before packing them in their
suitcase. All too often guests are uncomfortable throughout the evening due to dress clothes not
fitting properly.
You can wear casual clothing on the bus. You will have time to change into dress clothes at
the hotel before the banquet.
GUEST SHEETS
All Exceptional Adventures Guest information Sheets must be filled out completely by Monday – March
6, 2017. Please send all Guest Sheets to the Exceptional Adventures office at 250 Clever Road / McKees

SPENDING MONEY
Exceptional Adventures will be selling raffle tickets, pictures and selling merchandise that you can purchase.
We suggest you bring $100.00 in small bills if you wish to participate in these special treats.
IDENTIFICATION
You need to bring your valid State-issued photo ID, as it is required to travel and attend this event.
You will be sent home with no refund if you do not have proper ID at the time of pick up.
All too often, guests do not have valid State-issued photo ID when arriving at their pick up points – due to staff
errors at their homes. Please be advised that Exceptional Adventures will not give refunds under such
circumstances.
Please make every effort to bring your valid State-issued photo ID on this tour.

The Hotel will provide a meal for you as long as we give them advance notice.

MEDICATION(S)
DUE TO THE VAST AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ATTENDING THIS EVENT, IT WOULD BE
APPRECIATED IF ALL MEDICATIONS WOULD BE PRE POURED.
All medications must be given to the Tour Coordinator upon arrival at your pick up point.
Exceptional Adventures cannot be responsible for medications not given directly to the Tour
Coordinator.
Medications must be Pre- Poured or in the original prescription bottles!
Home visit sheets, MARS or notes listing time of dosage are required.
Some pharmacies offer special labeling and packaging for client off-site trips!
Please send only the amount of medication needed for the tour.
Medication in metal boxes or blister packs will NOT be accepted.
DUE TO THE VAST AMOUNT OF PEOPLE ATTENDING THIS EVENT, IT WOULD BE APPRECIATED THAT
ALL MEDICATIONS BE PRE POURED. Due to the large number of medications, it would be appreciated
if creams and over the counter meds would not be sent.
If you are pre pouring your medications, they must have a label including the guest’s name and time
of doses. Any other ways will NOT be accepted. Some pharmacies offer special labeling and packaging
for client off-site trips!
*Guests requiring insulin injections must contact our office prior to the tour to confirm
arrangements.
*Guests bringing Oxygen on trips must contact our office prior to the tour to confirm
arrangements.
Morning & Afternoon medications should be given prior to boarding the bus or prepoured and given to the Tour Coordinator.
You must notify the Tour Coordinator at drop off that you have a Pre- Poured medication that needs
to be given before 7:00pm!
Exceptional Adventures will begin with Dinner dosages (6:00 PM).
