waiting list for the properties in
Braintree. When a vacancy arises
we contact Braintree District
Council to request a nomination.
All properties are let on a Starter
tenancy agreement as this
scheme is within an urban area
with nominations direct from the
Braintree Councils housing
waiting list.

Chesterford office
AHM works with together the local PCSO concerning nuisance
activity on Hastoe’s estates. Hastoe will seek to repossess
properties for severe breaches of tenancy.
