Final numbers and payment must be made thirty (30) days prior to Tour date.
Additional tickets, to the extent available, purchased the day of your Tour will not receive the group discount.
Group pricing includes all taxes.
All groups should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of their Tour.
No professional photography or video will be permitted.
Tour dates, times, and locations are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel your Tour due to
unforeseen circumstances, and will work with you to reschedule your Tour for a mutually beneficial date.
Requested Tour dates and times cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received in full and the Group
has received a confirmation via email, fax, or otherwise.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
One World Observatory will not be liable for, among other things, (i) any indirect, special, consequential or incidental
damages; (ii) reimbursement of any travel-related expenses; or (iii) any delay causing the Group to arrive late or miss the
Tour for any reason. Any ticket issued to the Group in relation to the Tour is a revocable license and may be revoked and
admission refused at any time to any person whose conduct is deemed by Legends One World Observatory, LLC or any
affiliate or representative thereof (together “OWO”) to violate the terms and conditions contained herein or on the back of
the Tour ticket, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of OWO. The Group assumes all risk and rise of injury related
to the Tour and agrees to obey the directions and instructions of OWO personnel. The Group also agrees that they are not
acting for OWO in any manner whatsoever and that they are not an employee or agent of OWO.
THE GROUP AND ITS MEMBERS HEREBY: 1) AGREE TO RELEASE FROM ALL LIABILITY; 2) PROMISE NOT TO SUE; AND 3) SHALL
INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS, LEGENDS ONE WORLD OBSERVATORY, LLC, THE PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW
YORK & NEW JERSEY, WTC TOWER 1, LLC, ROYAL 1 WTC MANAGEMENT, LLC, LEGENDS HOSPITALITY, LLC, YGE LEGENDS
HOLDINGS, LLC, JONES CONSESSIONS, LP AND EACH OF THEIR SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED ENTITIES, AND EACH OF THEIR
RESPECTIVE OFFICIALS, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM
AND AGAINST ALL LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF THE ISSUANCE AND
ACCEPTANCE OF THIS ORDER FORM, ISSUANCE OF ANY TOUR TICKET OF THE GROUP’S PRESENCE AT ONE WORLD
OBSERVATORY, EVEN TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE ARISES OUT OF THE NEGLIGENT,
WILLFUL OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, OR ANY OTHER INDEMNIFIED PARTY. THE RELEASED
PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY. IN ADDITION, THE GROUP HEREBY WAIVES
ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OF RECOVERY, CLAIMS, ACTIONS OR CAUSES OF ACTION AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, FOR ANY
LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH IS INSURED AGAINST (OR WHICH IS REQUIRED HEREUNDER TO BE INSURED AGAINST),
REGARDLESS OF CAUSE OR ORIGIN, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, AND THE GROUP CONVENANTS
THAT NO INSURER SHALL HOLD ANY RIGHT OF SUBROGATION AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES. IF GROUP’S RESPECTIVE
INSURER DOES NOT PERMIT SUCH A WAIVER WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATE ENDORSEMENT TO THE GROUP’S INSURANCE
POLICIES, THEN THE GROUP CONVENANTS AND AGREES TO NOTIFY ITS INSURER OF THE WAIVER SET FORTH HEREIN AND
TO SECURE FROM SUCH INSURER AN APPROPRIATE ENDORSEMENT TO ITS RESPECTIVE INSURANCE POLICY WITH RESPECT
TO SUCH WAIVER.
OWO reserves the right to deny entry to any Group or person who obtains a Tour ticket through unapproved advertising,
promotion, giveaway or other commercial purpose. Tour tickets obtained from sources other than a representative of or
authorized agent of One World Observatory may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tour
tickets may not be replaced if lost, destroyed or stolen. Group’s belongings may be searched upon entry to One World
Observatory, and prohibited items may be confiscated. Signature on this order form constitutes agreement with the terms
contained herein.
