Thank you I received the books yesterday, like a hungry child I have already devoured half of the
book “activities blueprint” and have found it to be very helpful. I am with a very small and young
agency (10 years) and they seem to be in a learning curve regarding sales themselves this will give
me the foundation I have been yearning for. Hopefully with some discipline and hard work I will gain
the advantage.

I have been asked who attended the recent seminar presented by
HILTON GREEFF. (author of books about selling real estate)
Yes of course you have the right to ask and, because of transparency, I
have no objection to disclose, without naming the delegates.
The last group of estate agents that I addressed, which included a light
lunch, was held in Durban North and I hosted 18 Estate Agents.
9 (nine) were from MAJOR National Franchise groups.
5 (five) were from smaller Franchise groups.
4 (four) were from different Independent Real Estate Agencies.
