This application allows “Ucell” customers to quite freely, easily and safely top-up their account
balance, at any time and whilst on the move.

Registration:
Step 1. Activate text message notifications at the nearest cash machine or information kiosk.
Step 2. The application, “MBANK-UZCARD”, can be found through the Google Play Market

on your mobile device. Simply enter “MBANK-UZCARD” in the search engine of the relevant
application store of your device. Alternatively it can be found on the following website:
www.mbank.uz.
Step 3. Download “MBANK-UZCARD” and enter the phone number attached to the UZCARD
card – Online, card number and card expiry date.
Step 4. Subsequently you will receive a pass code via text message. Enter this code and then
press “Activate”. The pass code can be used only once.
Step 5. Enter your Name and Surname in the top field. Also enter an 8-digit PIN code of your
choice in the middle field. The pin is to be used for (authorization) logging into the App
MBANK, once the registration is complete.
You have successfully registered. Now having used all functions of this appendix, you can topup in due time the account online at any time.
Now you can use the service MBANK. To top-up select “Payments for goods and services” =>
“Network”=> Ucell. Enter you mobile phone number, payment amount and click “To pay”
button. You can then check the payment status through the “List of payments” option.
