to fill in the empty space.

 Please have fun with the guests. They are the lifeblood supporting our
organization. If you are happy and having fun they will too.

Auction Closing & Check Out
Auction Check Out Area
 There is a 30 minute time lag
between when the last
auction closes and the auction
check out begins.
 During this time Auction Star
tallies the winning bidders.
 This will allow us to prepare
for the check out process.
Auction Closing & Check Out
• Winning bidders are posted and winners pick up their
invoice to proceed to the Auction Check Out Area.
• Prior to the beginning of the auction check out process
volunteers will be briefed on the required tasks.
• Thank you again for volunteering for the Pull for Kids
Classic. We look forward to a great event.
• If you have questions on this material please call
Marla Endieveri at 713-529-1396 x 234.
Auction Closing & Check Out
 Since there is a 30 minute wait time from when the auction closes and
auction pick up some guests may choose not to stay at the party. Guests
do not have to be present to win or can pick up their winning items
during business hours at the Child Advocates’ office.
 There will be a hand out with detailed item pick up instructions after all
the auctions close prior to auction pick up. The auction winners list and
winner instructions will be posted on our website at 11:30 PM, May 12th.
 Auction winners can pick up at our offices after Wed. May 16th. We ask
that they let us know they are coming by so we can have the items ready
for them.
