The candidate hereby declares as follows:

My personal data contained in the application for the 2017 Public Call for Early-Stage Researcher
Candidates published by the University of Maribor may be used for purposes of records and
registers, as well as written, electronic and oral communication required for the implementation of
activities laid down in the Research and Development Act;

I have not yet obtained any funding from the Early-Stage Researcher Funding Programme. If
selected, I shall not receive funding for postgraduate studies under any other scheme for the cofunding of doctoral studies;

I will not enrol in an additional year of a third-cycle (doctoral) study programme in the academic
year 2017/18 and have not yet held status of this type;

I do not hold a PhD;

I have submitted the application for enrolment in a third-cycle (doctoral) programme. If selected, I

relevant faculty or UM);
opinion of the ENIC-NARIC Centre on the adequacy of foreign academic credentials for
purposes of employment.
