2. Overnight Chaperone - Fingerprinting
• Must go to SCPS Board office on Lake Mary
Blvd. to be fingerprinted.
• Allow 2 weeks for processing prior to
attending a field trip
• Cost: $
Driver’s License and Car Insurance
• A copy of your Driver’s license and Car
Insurance is required by SCPS.
• If in the event you are required to drive
another student (other than your own child)
you must be listed as an “Approved” driver.
• Please turn in form to Mrs. Maguire for
processing

June 28 @ 6:30pm in the Dance Room.

• Every Friday Night – both home and away

• 10-12 chaperones
• Pre-game prep and organization
• Equipment Transport – DADs NEEDED
• Escorting Dazzlers to and from stands and
bathrooms
• Costumes - washing
