B. Business Items
1. Vote to approve or not approve Amendment #1 to Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract
with CMS Willowbrook for construction management services for Spring Creek Elementary
Classroom Additions.
A motion was made to approve the Amendment #1 to the GMP for Spring Creek Elementary
Classroom Additions.

Motion Carried: 4-0
2. Vote to approve or not approve Amendment #2 to Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with
CMS Willowbrook for construction management services for Middle School Addition.
A motion was made to approve the Amendment #2 to the GMP for Deer Creek Middle School
Addition.

Motion Carried: 4-0
3. Vote to approve or not approve Amendment #3 to Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract
with CMS Willowbrook for construction management services for Deer Creek & Prairie Vale
Elementary Storm Shelter Additions with Security Vestibule Upgrades to Rose Union, Grove
Valley, Prairie Vale & Deer Creek Elementary.
A motion was made to approve the Amendment #3 to the GMP for Deer Creek & Prairie Vale
Elementary Storm Shelter Additions with Security Vestibule Upgrades to Rose Union, Grove
Valley, Prairie Vale and Deer Creek Elementary.

4. Discussion and possible vote to approve an addendum, for specific assistance, to the original
General Mutual Cooperation Agreement between the Deer Creek Public Schools of Oklahoma
County and the Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County.
a. A drainage channel between Deer Creek High School and the Intermediate School in
Oklahoma County is in urgent need of repair to provide proper conveyance of storm
water runoff for the school property and access roads. The county agrees to provide
the equipment, materials, personnel for the project at an estimated cost of $13,680.00
but in no event to exceed $15,000.00.
A motion was made to approve the addendum for specific assistance between DCPS and
Board of County Commissioners of Oklahoma County.
