R.D.D.A May Newsletter
Hello again! Welcome to the second Regina District Dressage Association newsletter.
The executive has been very busy, and we would like to share some important
information with you, its’ members.
Thank you to Ron Schneider and Doreen Schaefer who have developed an eyecatching membership card, which along with your SHF membership card will allow
you a $5 discount at our local shows and allow you to participate at out of Province
shows.
We have decided to go ahead and purchase a new trailer. This will hold our future
dressage ring and any other items required for hosting shows. A big thank you to Pat
Michael for doing the extensive research required.
We have our first two upcoming shows finalized! The first being the Icebreaker
Dressage Show in conjunction with the SAHA, which will be held in Moose Jaw on
June 3rd. The Prize list is available on the SAHA and SHF website. This show is a
qualifier for the Summer Games as well as the Canadian Equestrian Championships.
The second show is an RDDA show to be held on June 16th at Bridlewood farms. This
is also a Summer Games, Heritage series, and CEC qualifier. The prize list can be
obtained from the SDDA website and the SHF website.
We hope to have our very own website up and running soon. This will contain
contact information, upcoming events, the newsletters, as well as a section for
classifieds. Thank you to Doreen Schaefer, who is putting this together.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank O & T Farms for supplying a
generous number of samples of EquinePower for our show participants and Breeder
Direct for supplying the high point cooler!
If you know of any individuals or businesses that would like to become sponsors,
please contact Ron Schneider.
Congratulations
