Important Information for Motorists in Bay Bulls and Surrounding Areas
Transport Bellemare International will be moving oversized equipment from Pennecon Energy Marine Base, Bay
Bulls, to the Soldiers Pond construction site on the Trans-Canada Highway.
A total of six equipment moves will take place using Southside Road, Route 10 (Main Road) and Witless Bay Line
as indicated on the above map.
The equipment moves are planned to begin on February 16, with each move taking place between the hours
of 8 PM and 6 AM, on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Given the size of the equipment being moved, Southside Road, Route 10 (Main Road) and Witless Bay Line
will be temporarily closed until the equipment has moved through each roadway indicated. Safety personnel
will be present to facilitate the essential move of traffic.
