IT’S BASEBALL TIME !!!
Miracle League Baseball opening week is April 11th for the 2016 Spring Season. We are looking
forward to seeing all of you for another fun and exciting season at The Miracle League of North
Alabama’s Johnny Franklin Field at Brahan Spring Park.
This year we are implementing online registration at www.huntsvillemiracleleague.org ! If you
cannot register online, we have included the registration form below for you to fill out and return
to us. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated to complete the registration process as soon as
possible to allow us the time needed for all players to be assigned a team and to make sure their
uniforms get here by opening day. It also helps us to avoid increased costs.
It is our goal to continue to make the Miracle League an affordable program for our players. This
year we are asking families with Minor and Major league players to please consider a donation of
$10 per player and we are asking Adult league players to pay a fee of $10 to help us cover the
greatly increased cost of insurance for our older players.






Many team assignments and uniforms will stay the same as last year. Uniforms are by far
the league’s biggest expense and we hope you will be able to use your shirt and hat from
last year. If not, please indicate what you need while registering. If the player’s team
changes, a new uniform will be provided.
We will have 3 divisions again this year: Minor league (14 & under), Major league (15 -21)
and Adult league (22 & older). NOTE: ALL PLAYERS 22 & Older will play in the Adult league.
If a Minor or Major league player wants to play in a division other than their age group,
please let us know and we will try to accommodate; but please remember our first priority
is always for the safety of all our players.
If the player wants to be on a team with a friend or play on a different team than they were
on last year; please write that in the special request and we will make every effort to make
that happen.
This registration will cover both Spring and Fall seasons for 2016.

and release the Miracle League of North Alabama, its officers, Directors and volunteers of any liability for injury that may occur while
participating as a player or spectator during the season.
I hereby grant the Miracle League of North Alabama, its advertising and promotional agencies the irrevocable, unrestricted right to
use, publish, display and distribute materials bearing my name, voice, likeness or any other identifiable representation of myself, my
family members including my Miracle League player/child. These materials may appear in any form, style color or medium
whatsoever (including, without limitation, photographs, video tapes, films sound recordings, software, drawings, prints, broadcast,
internet and electronic media.) I agree that all material containing any identifiable representation of me (including without
limitation, all negatives, plates and masters of any photographs, files, prints or tapes) shall be and remain the sole and exclusive
property of the Miracle League.
I hereby release and forever discharge the Miracle League from any and all liability and damages relating to the use of my name,
voice, likeness or any other identifiable representation of me. I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished
materials or any part or element there of that incorporates my name, voice, likeness or any other identifiable representation of me,
my family including my Miracle League player/child.
I have agreed to the above in consideration of the opportunity given to me by The Miracle League of North Alabama to appear in
these materials. I acknowledge that I have fully read and understand this document and that I have had any questions regarding its
effect or the meaning of its terms answered to my satisfaction. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, unless this document is
also signed by my parent or legal guardian.
