PAPER PRESENTATION

RULES:
1. Maximum 2 participants per team are allowed
2. An entry fee for single participant is 100/-Rs. and for Group of two participants are 200/-Rs.
3. Total duration of presentation is 12 min (8 for presentation and 4 min for queries).
4. Abstract of paper in IEEE format not more than 250 words and with author's name college name
should be submitted on or before 08/03/2017.

5. The abstracts will be reviewed and the authors of the selected papers will be intimated by phone / email on or before 09/03/2017.
6. Selected candidates must bring two hard copies of complete paper and soft copy of presentation in
pen drive on the date of presentation.
7. The participants should come with college ID card compulsory.
8. Participant who submits via e-mail will be given priority.
9. Decision of the judges and the event heads shall be treated as final and binding on all and cannot be
contested.
10. Spot submission will be considered based on judge's decision.
11. All the candidates will get participation certificates.

RULES:
1. Game once started cannot be interrupted.
2. No use of bullpup and krieg.
3. No console allowed.
4. No scroll duck allowed.
5. External mouse, keyboard and headphones are allowed.
6. Participants must not mishandle the computer system. Any damage caused will lead to direct
disqualification
and the cost of the damage if any will be paid by the participants.
7. Use of offensive language by any participant will lead to team disqualification.
8. Rules told by the coordinators will be the final rules. No offence will be tolerated and will lead to direct
disqualification.
