Class Schedule and Tuition: Please confirm class schedule before registration.
 Class Duration - All classes are 1 hour long.
 Each Session runs for 12 classes

Bharatanatyam –
 Beginner Level 1 and Level 2– (Age 4+) - Friday 6:00 to 7:00pm, Thursday 5:30 to 6:30pm
Tuition - $300/session
 Intermediate – Thursday 6:30 to 7:30pm, Friday 7:00 to 8:00
Tuition - $300/session
 Advance –Sunday 1:45 to 2:45pm
Tuition - $300/session
Class Structure: Bharatanatyam beginner instructions are split in to two parts.
Section 1: Bharatnatyam Instructions – 30 min. Refer to the Curriculum sheet attached below.
Section 2: Folk / Creative Fusion /Bollywood Instructions – 30 min.

Bollywood
 Bollyfun – (boys and girls Age 4+) Sunday 2:45 to 3:45pm, Friday 5pm to 6pm
Tuition - $300/session
 Bollywood – 18 years and up - Sunday 2:45 to 3:45pm (starting January 2017)
Tuition - $300/session
(Note: Choice of songs for Bollywood dances will be decided by the instructor.)

BollyDhoom - Fitness Classes – Saturdays 8am to 9am, Thursdays – 7:45pm to 8:45pm
Tuition - $150/12 classes or per session (Drop-ins welcomed @ $18/class)
Tuition:
1. Yearly instructions are divided into 3 sessions with 12/13 classes in each session & end with an Annual
Recital in June.
 Session 1 – September to December
 Session 2 – January to March
 Session 3 – April to June

3. Tuition will collected in 3 sessions and is due on the first class of every session.
4. Recital Contribution and Competition practices is in addition to session tuition and will be
communicated in advance
5. One time Registration Fee of $40 will be charged for new students at the time of registration and
will be due with the Registration form or the 1st Session’s tuition.
General Guidelines:
1. No makeup classes are allowed.
2. Classes called off due to any reason by the instructor - The instructor will reschedule a makeup class on
another day.
3. Session Fees may be prorated upon request in case of a long vacation (ex. India visit) for a student
missing four or more classes, inform us 15 days prior (minimum*) to your vacation schedule to adjust
your tuition.
4. Recital Information: Kids training at Nirmiti School of Dance will have several opportunities to showcase
their talent by performing at various shows, competitions and an Annual Dance Recital.
 The instructor has the rights to make decision about choice of song and type of dance performance to
be presented.
 The instructor has the rights to make decision about placement and roles each participant has to play
in a performance.
 Entrance fees for performances & Costume/jewelry rentals are to be paid by the participant.

Dance and instructors take all reasonable care in the conduct of its classes, it accepts no responsibility for injury caused
during classes or whilst participants are at or near the dance studio.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that students are physically and mentally fit for the class.
Every student is responsible for informing the instructor of any physical limitations, which may prevent that student’s
full participation in the dance instruction. *
Tuition Payments are due on the first class of each session or latest by 10 th of the 1st session month. There is a
$25.00 late charge for all payments received after the 10th of the 1st session month. *
There is a one-time fee of $40.00 for registration. *
No makeup classes are allowed. Performance day is considered as a scheduled class day. Classes are not held on
performance day. *
Notify Nirmiti atleast one month prior to discontinuation of classes or to skip the next session. Spot cannot be
guaranteed upon missing a session. *
Authorization given to Nirmiti to take still or moving pictures, audio, and/or visual recordings for the purpose
of promoting and advertising. Release Nirmiti School of Dance from any liability regarding the use of any recorded
media (i.e. video, audio, photos, etc.) *
