TEAM CHECK-IN: Early Bird Check-In, Friday, May 5, 2017 6-8pm OR Saturday, May 6, 2017 at First Game Venue HQ Tent: 8:00am Games Have 6:30am Check-In Time; All Other Saturday First Game Check-In One Hour Prior to First Game Time A. Each team, on checking in at registration, must provide the following: 1. 2. A phone number of the designated contact person who can be reached at any time, should the necessity arise. Either an official US Club Soccer or US Youth Soccer team roster or rosters for all CLUB players (may provide multiple rosters if utilizing Pool/Club Pass players). Official roster/s will show the names of all CLUB players that will be participating in the tournament as well as their jersey numbers, birth dates and player ID numbers. a. All teams are to BRING AND LEAVE with CRC staff at check-in, ONE COPY OF ALL (multiple rosters if utilizing Pool/Club Pass players) officially issued State Roster or Rosters, showing all CLUB players listed on CRC Event Roster. b. CRC Event tournament rosters from GotSoccer will be provided by CRC staff at Check-In to be used for all official CRC games and provided to center referees at game time. GotSoccer rosters should be created as described in AGE & ELIGIBILITY part C by the roster freeze date: April 25, 2017. 3. A completed Guest Player Form must be submitted for each guest player at team check-in. Guest Player Forms are available at http://www.idahoyouthsoccer.org/administration/forms.aspx 4. Current/Valid, laminated hard copy OR virtual state issued player registration cards with photos for GUEST PLAYERS on the CRC team rosters.
