 Meet regularly for fellowship & exchange of business ideas.
 Agreed to set high standards of business & limit membership to one
from each profession.
 Rotated meetings among members.
Rotary is now a service organization.
Through various fund raising projects and volunteer time, Rotarians make
significant contributions to improving their local community and
communities around the world. In fact Rotary is no longer a means whereby

The Rotary Club of Washago was sponsored by the Rotary Club of
Gravenhurst in 2005 on the 100th anniversary of Rotary. We had 21
members the day we were chartered. Today we have 19.
Our District is 7010 and there are 45 clubs in the district. Our District
includes Barrie to the south, Collingwood to the west, Peterborough in the
east and Kapuskasing, Timmins and Rouyn/Noranda in the north. We also

The Rotary year runs from July 1st to June 30th, with a new President and
board which are elected for each club, as well as a change of International
