Please report to the game field as close to 1:30 as you can.

SHIRTS = TEAM COLORS
Gladiators wear RED / Vikings wear BLUE
SHORTS / PANTS
If you can, wear shorts / pants without pockets. But anything you can play in will be fine.
SHOES
Anything you can run in. Cleats are fine, but NO METAL SPIKES!!
GUESTS
If you signed up a guest, please help relay all the info to them.
GAME RULES
GENERAL
OFFENSE
TEAMS
 The play is dead when the ball hits the

 Each team must have at least 3 girls on the

PENALTIES
UNSPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT
 10 steps from the end of the play
& automatic 1st down or loss of down
 CONTINUED PROBLEMS will result in the
players ejection from the game
FLAG GUARDING
 The play is ruled down at the spot of the foul
[as if the ball carrier was tackled]
ILLEGAL BLOCKING
 5 steps back from line of scrimmage
& repeat the down
EQUIPMENT
 NO METAL SPIKES, but cleats are okay
 Try to wear shorts without pockets

Blockers must block with their hands behind
their back at all times.
Quarterback may advance the ball any time.

DEFENSE
 No diving for flags to tackle [Just not safe]
 Players cannot use their hands to shove a
blocker out of the way—they must run around
them. [Illegal blocking penalty will apply]
 Players cannot lower their shoulder & run
through a blocker— they must run around
them. [Illegal blocking penalty will apply]
 Defense can rush the QB as much as they
want, as many times as they want.
SCORING
 Teams will score 6 points for every TD
 PATs will have 2 options:
- Go for 1 From the 3ish yard line
- Go for 2 From the 5ish yard line
