2016 LITTLE LEAGUE CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP
WELCOME AND CONGRATULATIONS!
Congratulations - you’ve done it! All those grounders, all those fly balls, all those batting
practice pitches and all that lugging bags of equipment from diamond to diamond have finally
paid off. You and your team have earned the right to represent your region at the 2016 Little
League Canadian Championhsip tournament.
On behalf of the tournament organizing committee, welcome to the Nationals!
The committee has been working hard to make this a tournament that will leave all of the
players, coaches, families and volunteers with a lifetime of memories.
Our hope in putting this package together is to ease the transition for you – as you and your
team move from your divisional tournament to the Canadian Championship tournament – and
for one of you, to the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.
Please feel free to distribute this package to your team and parents. Also, please visit our
website at www.2016llcc.ca where you can find other information about the tournament
including things to see and do in Vancouver on the “Visitors” page. Also included there is a list
of restaurants and churches in the East Vancouver and North Burnaby areas.
We look forward to seeing you on August 4th.
