Please do not call reservations. We will contact you regarding confirmation and payment via email.
• A copy of a valid ARC, IATA, or CLIA with applicant’s name as well as a letter on company letterhead from the owner/manager
verifying applicant has been a full-time employee for at least six (6) months must be submitted with the application form.
• Space subject to availability. Applications will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
• Please submit one (1) application per stateroom/suite requested. (Max two (2) per agency per departure)
• Please allow three (3) business days for processing and confirmation after submitting completed application.
• Full payment must be made within 24 hours of confirmation and is non-refundable.
• TA bookings are required to pay onboard gratuities in addition to the cruise fare and applicable taxes, fees and port expenses.
This will be included in the full payment amount.
• Travel Documents will be issued electronically. TA bookings may be mailed paper documents at an additional charge.
• To accommodate higher revenue guests your booking is subject to cancellation with a full refund at Windstar Cruises’ discretion.

This offer is ONLY available to eligible travel professionals. Per departure a maximum of two (2) staterooms (Wind Surf, Wind Star, Wind Spirit) or two (2) suites (Star Pride, Star Breeze,
Star Legend) may be requested per qualified travel agency. Applicable cabins are B, BX, A, AX, and TX on Wind Spirit, Wind Star, and Wind Surf, and S, S1, S2, S3 and BS on Star Breeze,
Star Legend, and Star Pride. Travel agencies are responsible for the conduct of their employees and guests during their trip and in all communications with Windstar employees and
vendors. Guests sailing under Travel Agent Appreciation may not disclose the program or their reduced rate to other guests. Any violation of these or other policies may result in Travel
Agent Appreciation privileges being revoked at Windstar’s discretion. Rates are cruise only in U.S. dollars and available for categories specified in the most recent communication. Fares
are per person, double occupancy, and non-commissionable. Single supplement is 200% of double occupancy rates. Third person rates are the same as double occupancy rates unless
otherwise noted and are subject to actual stateroom or suite availability. Mandatory onboard gratuities are extra. Taxes, fees, and port expenses are additional ($28 – $732 per person).
No other discounts or promotions apply. Offer is for new bookings only and may not be applied retroactively. Please allow three (3) business days for processing and confirmation
after submitting completed application form and supplemental documentation. Supplemental documentation includes a copy of a valid ARC, IATA, or CLIA with applicant’s name as
well as a letter on company letterhead from the agency owner/ manager verifying applicant has been a full-time employee for at least six (6) months. Booking will not be confirmed
until employment has been verified. Application will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Offer is limited and subject to availability. Full payment must be made within 24
hours of confirmation and is non-refundable. Once confirmed, rates may not be reduced in the event that a lower rate becomes available. To accommodate higher revenue guests your
booking is subject to cancellation with a full refund at Windstar Cruises discretion. Transfers and hotels may be purchased through Windstar. All terms and conditions as stated on the
Windstar website apply. Cruise is provided subject to the terms and conditions of the Passage Contract. Information contained herein and within the TA rate sheet is accurate at the
