Take note that CIP Catalyst maximum funding is RM150,000 and only state the amount of your

6. Please give a high level breakdown of your funding requirement. Let us know if you are purchasing
equipment/software/components, developing back-end, server, website, mobile app, mould
design, etc.
Take note that CIP Catalyst is a prototype development grant and strictly does not cover
incorporation of company, working capital, operational expenditure (i.e. salaries, utilities,
travelling, stationeries, telephone & internet bills, etc.), capital expenditure, research &
development (R&D) and market research.

give oral presentation and/or demonstration at anytime as requested and will notify Cradle within

be rejected.
d. understand and agree that I/we shall bear all expenses related to the abovementioned activities.
e. understand and agree that Cradle has the absolute discretion and without stating any reason
whatsoever to accept or reject this Application.
f. understand and agree that any canvassing or lobbying to influence the decision of the Evaluation
Committee of Cradle or Cradle's Management or any persons involved shall render the
Application invalid. In the event of any canvassing being discovered after the acceptance by
Cradle of the Application, Cradle shall have the right to rescind any Agreement made without
prejudice to its other rights and remedies.
g. understand and agree that I/we shall not, under any circumstances, offer or make any gift,
payment, loan, reward, inducement or benefit to any of Cradle's employees, members of the
Evaluation Committee, agents and representative. Such act, if committed, is a criminal offence
under Malaysian Laws.
