Individual Flexibility Agreement

1. General Statement
This Individual Flexibility Agreement has been made by mutual agreement of both parties. The
employee has genuinely agreed to enter into this Individual Flexibility Agreement, and fully
understands the terms of the Agreement and the impact of their choice to agree to it.
Both parties are aware that the Individual Flexibility Agreement may be terminated as outlined
in Section 6 of the Agreement.
2. Term of the registered agreement that the employer and employee have agreed to vary
