How to use the online forum
1. Please click on the following link Trainer Development Centre
2. You are now in the trainer development centre page
3. At the top of the page in white text you will see ‘you are currently using guest access’
You can stay in the page as a guess but you won’t be able to see any member’s only materials
4. Please click on the word (login)
5. You will now be at a log in screen – please enter your username and password and click on login (you
should already have these details) email [email protected] if you need this reset
6. Your page will now be refreshed and back to the trainer development centre where you will be able to
see member materials as well as the Top Tip forum
Accessing and using the Tips and Hints Forum
1. On the ‘Tips and Hints forum’ you will see a page of two columns. The left column are questions and
the second column are responses

2. Feel free to click on the questions on the left hand side. Once you have selected a question the
responses (if any have been posted) are then listed on the right hand side

Please feel free to contribute to these by either posting a new question that someone else could help
with or feel free to respond to a question already listed - The screen shot below is directly underneath the
question and answer columns
a. Posting a question
Please make sure you click on ‘question’. Once this has been done, enter the question in the
subject line. Please note: you need to enter some text in the lower box, either enter your
response or simply enter ‘if you have any thoughts please respond’ and then click on Post
b. Posting a response
Please click on the question you wish to respond to – (this will now be highlighted) – example
below.
Ensure that you have selected ‘Responses’ and enter your response in the lower box,
underneath the subject box. Once you are happy with your text please click on ‘Post’. This will
now be shown in the responses column relating to that question.
