Dear Brentwood Families,
We are so excited about the upcoming holiday performances at AISD’s Performing Arts Center (PAC)
located at 1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd. Your star performers have been working really hard to learn their
music, and are excited to celebrate the holiday season with you.
We hope all Brentwood students are able to attend the program. To accommodate everyone, we will
have two performance times. The first show will be at 6:00 p.m. and will feature students in grades
Kindergarten, First, and Second. Doors to the PAC will open at 5:30, and we are asking Kindergarten –
2nd grade students to please arrive between 5:30 and 5:45. The second show will be at 7:30 p.m. and
will feature students in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade. 3rd-5th graders are encouraged to arrive between 7:007:15. If you have students in both performances, please have your child sit with you in the auditorium
until their performance time.
When your family arrives at PAC, you are welcome to park in the parking garage that is attached to the
building. Parents are encouraged to go to the auditorium to pick out your seats. Students will meet
their classroom teacher in the following rooms (we will have signs and parent volunteers to assist you in
finding these places):
6:00 Performance:
Kindergarten: Black Box Theater
First Grade: Dance Studio
Second Grade: Dance Studio
7:30 Performance:
Third Grade: Dance Studio
Fourth Grade: Black Box Theater
Fifth Grade: Dance Studio
Students will sit in reserved seats in the auditorium after they finish performing. At the conclusion of
the program, we will dismiss students by class. When your child’s class is called, we are asking that one
parent come down to the front of the auditorium to pick up your child from their teacher. We
understand that it will take a few minutes to dismiss everyone, but we want to make sure that all
students are safely returned to their families. Thank you for being patient with us.
