TRIPLE COURSE TEAM TROPHY (Held in conjunction with Events 2 and 3) To be eligible, a club must have at least one player in each division. The Triple Course Team total will be calculated for each club based on the sum of the best nett score for each of the three courses. The winning triple course team will be the club whose best Pink, Red and Yellow players generate the lowest total nett. *Thanks to a generous donation, the prizes for this event are wonderful! 2. INDIVIDUAL STROKE: (Held in conjunction with Event 1 and 3) 18 holes Stroke Scratch Winner and Runner-­‐up in 3 Divisions played from 3 different tees 18 holes Nett Winner and Runner-­‐up in 3 Divisions played from 3 different tees Visitor’s Trophy – best 18 holes Stroke Handicap (non trophy winner only) Veteran’s Trophy – best 18 holes Stroke Handicap (restricted to VWGA members & Non Trophy winners only) Nearest to Pin – Pink Course, Red Course, Yellow Course. Longest Drive – (on defined fairway) in 3 Divisions 3. NAROOMA PLATE TEAMS: 18 holes Stroke – teams to consist of 3 players from the same club with the best 3 nett scores to count. Teams may be composed of players on one or multiple courses. There is no restriction. Nett adjustments will be made to equalize across the three courses. The winning Club’s team names will be engraved on the Plate and will remain at Narooma Golf Club. Entrants are automatically eligible for Events 1, 2 & 3. Events are open to all Lady Members with a current GA handicap. 2. All players are to report to the Pro Shop prior to teeing off. Failure to do so will result in disqualification for failing to notify intention to play (under Equity). Please report to the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes prior to your designated starting time – if not at the tee when called and ready to tee off, a player may be disqualified (Rules 6/3 – 33/7 apply). 3. Any dispute shall be settled by the Match Committee on the day of play and their decision shall be final. 4. Narooma Plate team event – a club may enter more than one team. Note: Team players can only play for their club and a player can only play in one team. 5. Ties in the team event (Narooma Plate) will be decided by count back using the best card of the 3 team members, if still tied then the second best card will be used. 6. Ties in the Open Stroke Event will also be decided by count-­‐back using the GA system. 7. The Narooma Ladies Match Committee reserves the right to make any alterations deemed necessary. 8. In the event of a player being unable to compete, a substitute may be entered in her place upon notice. 9. Players using their own motorised transport must have proof of public liability insurance and pay the prevailing course cart hire fee. 10. Mobile phones are permissible on the course under Golf NSW conditions only. 11. No player shall win more than one event on the day of play, excluding Nearest to Pin, Longest Drive and the Team Event. 12. The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry and to alter conditions of events. 13. Veterans – proof of VWGA membership must be presented on request. 14. If a player NCR’s – NTP or Longest Drive will still count. 15. Late Entries may be accepted if time slots are available and if the Entry Fee is paid before teeing off.
