Thank you for considering sponsoring Central Highlands Water Tenth Annual WaterAid
Charity Golf Day in 2016.
WaterAid is a charity organisation that devotes it’s time and expertise to enabling safe water
and sanitation to less fortunate communities worldwide. WaterAid Australia works
specifically on the WASH crisis: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene with their vision of a world
where everyone has access to safe water and sanitation.
Each year CHW holds a charity golf day with all proceeds going to WaterAid Australia. Last
year’s WaterAid Golf Day was a great success raising over $6,000!!
This event will be held on Friday 8 April, 2016 at the RACV Goldfields Golf Course in
Creswick. Below is some information regarding the day and attached is a flyer detailing what
is included on the day for players and sponsors.
I hope that you find some time to come along on the day and show your support for a great
cause or simply contribute a donation to help raise funds for WaterAid. Sponsorship of a cart
or hole will entitle you to one free player spot. All size donations are more than welcome and
each will receive a certificate of recognition for their contributions.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsor a Hole for $350.00 per hole.
Hole sponsors will receive:
 Business signage space at the sponsored hole
 Acknowledgement on the day with signage, in presentations and player packs, and in
any publicity we generate for the event; and
 A free entrant (nominated by the sponsor) in the limited player field.
Sponsor a Drinks Cart for $350.00 per cart
Drinks Cart sponsors will receive
 Signage on the golf cart (logo supplied by sponsor, with sign supplied by Central
Highlands Water);
 Acknowledgement on the day, and in any publicity we generate for the event.
 A free entrant (nominated by the sponsor) in the limited player field.
Please note* Sponsorship entitles the sponsor to one free entrant in the limited player field. To add in additional entrants please
complete the attached Entry Form. Due to limited amount of spaces, additional entrants will be processed on a “first in” basis.

Organisations wishing to donate prizes, or simply make a donation to the cause, are most
welcome to do so.
