Helmet (including wicket-keeper). Pads. Gloves. Protector (Box). 40m measured from batters end stumps. Hard wicket – 16m length (tape measure if possible). 30 overs per team (180 balls). 8 players per team (on field). Retire at 30 balls. Retired batters can return when all others have batted, in order they retired. No Balls that are scored from count towards balls faced. Wides (and No Balls that are not scored from) do NOT count towards balls faced. All players to bowl. 6 players x 4 overs. 2 bowlers x 3 overs. Bowlers to bowl from one end. Bowlers to bowl with a straight arm. Wicket-keeper 2 players x 15 overs each. Rotation of fielders in clockwise direction. No fielders within 10 metres of batter or each other with the exception of regulation (off side) slips, gully and wicket-keeper. All dismissals, once dismissed you are out. Minimum 6 players per team required to play the game. 6 player team – every player bowls 5 overs, batting retirement is 35 balls. Equipment Results and Scoring 7 player team – 5 players bowl 4 overs, 2 player bowls 5 overs; batting retirement is 32 balls. 2 sets of stumps. Bat size recommended size 4 to size 6. Boundary markers or cones. Metal stumps to be used at bowling end as pitches are reduced in length. Team with the highest score at the end of each innings is the winner.
