Class split into 4 groups of 6 or 7
Cones set up with 3 levels: 2 gates
with 1 tagger, 3 gates 2 taggers, 4
gates 3 taggers, sidelines.
One team is the taggers, two teams are
runners, and one team keeps score.
There are 4 rounds played (rotate after each).
Players need to proceed through the course
by running through gates without being
tagged or going out of bounds. There is a 2m
“safe zone” just after each set of gates where
players can re-group.
If a player is tagged, they go back to the start.
Teams score 1 point for each player through
the last set of gates.

back of their shorts
Partner with pinney runs away using
quick cuts and change of speed.
Chasing partner tries to catch up and
pull pinney. Partners switch roles after
30 seconds or so.

Can play with the whole class at once,
or two separate games.
The two passes should be practiced in
passing and moving.
Two students are “it” and tag other
students to eliminate them from the
game. The two who are it can only
move when they do not have the ball.
So they can pass the ball to enable
the other it student to move toward
another student and tag them.
