Concessions and an athletic trainer will be available on site.

Parent/Guardian Release & Indemnity Agreement: We (or I) hereby release my son (or athlete) to participate in the Central City Stampede 7 on 7 camp. With acceptance of this application, we
hereby release Central City High School, its school district, and its coaching staff or employees from all claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained by our (my) child while participating
in the Central City Stampede 7 on 7 Camp. It is also agreed that we carry our own personal medical insurance on our son (or athlete) and that our son (or athlete) has no physical impairments which
would in any manner limit their participation in the Central City Stampede 7 on 7 Camp.
