Program offered by Local Electric Distribution Companies
Free program for low-income residents of Ontario
Provides energy efficient products, from lightbulbs to
appliances
Can also include insulation upgrades to basements, walls
and attics
Reduces energy consumption, increases home comfort and
reduces utility bills
Open to both homeowners and renters
2008 – Present
Utility Funded Free Home Weatherization Program
• Program offered by Enbridge Gas and Union Gas
