Your Delta Dental ID card
is available online!
Delta Dental doesn’t require ID cards, but many dental offices ask for them anyway.
It’s as easy as 1–2–3 to get your Delta Dental ID card from our website.
1. Go to Delta Dental’s
website at
www.deltadentalnj.com.
2. Log in to your account
on the right side of the
screen.
3. Click the printer icon in
“Print ID Card” on the
right side of the screen.
That’s it! Your ID card
includes your name, your
group name, your group number, and the Delta Dental program in
which you are enrolled. Your member ID will only display if it is not your Social Security
number. You can reprint your card whenever you need, as often as you need. Please
note that ID cards print with the member’s name only.

This feature is available to all members except those enrolled in DeltaCare®. DeltaCare members needing replacement cards
should call the Flagship/DeltaCare Customer Service Center at 800-722-3524.
