Developing a Lesson or
activity Plan
Why lesson plan?
So why do we
lesson plan?
• To
enable the teacher to identify their aims for the lesson
•To give the teacher opportunity to predict possible
problems and consider solutions
•To make sure the lesson is balanced and appropriate
for the class
•To ensure teachers follow best practice and show
professionalism
Why incorporate ICT into
lesson plans?
So why incorporate ICT into lessons and
lesson plans?
•Because the future is here!
•Because pupils enjoy it
•Because it helps develop teaching skills
•Because it saves time and energy (honest!)
