Assessment Questionnaire Direction : This assessment has three types of questions. Some questions ask about your experiences and thoughts. Others ask how you would handle a variety of work situations. There are also questions that ask you to solve problems. It is BEST to answer honestly as your answers may be checked for the accuracy at a later time. Work quickly and accurately to answer each questions. 1.
