Abstract
The mobile communication has been developing rapidly since the 1990s, from first
generation technology to fourth generation technology. The technology has the great
improvement than before, the radio signals have changed to digital signals from
analogy signals.
The improvement of technology changed people’s daily life. Mobile phone and
mobility become more important every day. People keep their mobile phone
everywhere and check it frequently, and sometimes they will need a mobile phone to
help them. Most people have some experience in mobile phone, but many users still
have no or less domain knowledge about the cell phone work theories. So the mobile
communication education is a big challenge for educators. And knowledge of mobile
communication is regarded as abstract. With the development of education and
computer science, digital game-based learning has been used in education.
Thus, the main purpose of the project is to make a prototype educational game for
mobile communication. It can attract students to learn the knowledge of mobile
communication and help teachers enhance the effect of education.
