I enclose a cheque for the entry fee of £300/£350 made payable to RN&CYC for Q1 & the RYA for Q2/Finals and a separate
damage deposit of £250/£500 made payable to ‘RN&CYC or the RYA’ (See NOR for details). We agree to be bound by the
Racing Rules of Sailing, the Sailing Instructions, the Rules and Bye Laws of the Sailing Club, and all other rules that govern this
event including the Disclaimer of Liability in the Notice of Race, which excludes our right to claim compensation in certain
circumstances.
Your attention is drawn to the BUSA Code of Conduct (on the BUSA website), which will apply to each competitor at this event.
Competitors attend as representatives of their university club and, accordingly, BUSA reserves the right to hold the university
club, as well as any individual, responsible for the actions of its members.

Damage deposits can be destroyed or returned (upon request) 14 days after the event less the difference of any damage
attributed to your team. Please be aware that teams that withdraw from an event at any time may be charged if no other
