China Training The Export Academy trains exporters (or would be exporters) in all facets of Exporting from Incoterms to Pathways and channels to market. Whilst we cater for all international marketplaces, due to the flush of Free Trade Agreements (FTA’s) that New Zealand has signed culminating recently in the draft Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), specific market access workshops have become more frequent. The most successful of these FTA’s with regard to tariff savings and increases in volumes has been the China New Zealand FTA. The Academy runs specific Workshops with regard to practical requirements in entering the Chinese market (or markets as there a regional differences encountered). These specific areas include; Free Trade Origin Certification Customs Valuation Rules of Origin Market labelling considerations Overseas Market access requirements (OMARS) or ICPRs (international country import requirements) Commercial invoicing Payment terms and exchange considerations Traditionally these workshops are 6 hours (1 day) in length however there is an overview workshop available which is 3 hours (1/2 day) The Academy can specifically tailor an in-house workshop for you if you have issues surrounding entry documentation for the Chinese market or, if you wish to be appraised of the areas you need to consider when preparing to enter the market with your products. We will usually deliver these workshops to groups of 4 or more however if you have fewer attendees we will also consider presenting at your location with a contribution towards travel and accommodation costs.
