The official league season will begin May 1st 2017 and end August 31st 2017. Leagues can request non-play dates
due to vacations or work schedules. Leagues are responsible for green fee payments between the dates above. Leagues are
more than welcome to play before/after these dates.

The undersigned person represents that he/she is the authorized representative of the league who wish to play
their golf events at Brookmeadow Country Club.
This proposed agreement must be signed and submitted to Brookmeadow Country Club along with the league
fees of $30.00 per player no later than February 25th 2017.
2017 All league fees and subsequent balances will be
returned to the league at season’s end as Pro-Shop Merchandise or Gift Cards.
League agrees to guarantee number of players on page one (I) of this agreement. Brookmeadow Country Club
requires a minimum of twelve (12) players to hold a league. Any league that continually fails to fill their tee-times
will be charged the league rate of $25.00 per player per week. Every league starts in the first week of May.
League payments can be paid by month, half season, or total season. League payments of half a month or any
other way will not be accepted.
The league roster will be submitted with this form and league fees. Please provide as much of the information
requested for each player as possible, especially e-mail addresses. Brookmeadow will be announcing specials
periodically throughout the season by e-mail, some specials will only pertain to league members
All leagues will be required to alternate nines each week, except Friday.
All groups are expected to play at a speed consistent with playing conditions and observe proper golf course etiquette and safety factors. Players shall at all times play without undue delay. Any group causing delay may be
requested to move to the next tee.
Brookmeadow Country Club shall not be responsible for acts, omissions or negligence of league players; and
reserves the right to exclude or reject from the Club any objectionable person/persons or leagues. All players
shall abide by the rules and regulations of Brookmeadow Country Club.
Only proper golfing attire shall be worn at all times by all players. Shirts must have a collar, or be proper golf
attire. Khaki pants or shorts are acceptable. Denim jeans, denim cut off’s, T-shirt’s, halter tops, short shorts, or
other similar dress is not appropriate and will not be permitted.
In the event of foul weather, leagues will play their events in all conditions if the course is deemed playable. Only
if the course is deemed unplayable by Brookmeadow staff, will we attempt to reschedule the league for a future
date. In the event of extreme and continued bad weather other arrangements will be agreed upon.
Personal food and beverages are not permitted on the premises at any time. Coolers and tailgating are prohibited.
