Juror: Robert Norieka In person submissions receiving dates: Sunday, January 24, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday, January 25, 9 a.m. to noon Please make arrangements with gallery director, Rachel Carlson, if submitted work needs to be shipped. When shipping works, please include inventory sheet, exhibition tags, and paid return shipping label. All shipped work must be received by noon on January 25. Electronic submission: Include artwork details (i.e. title, size, medium, and price), attach images (300dpi) and email to: [email protected] by January 11, 2016. All materials, including submission fees detailed below, must be received before this date or the work will not be considered. Pick up of Un-Accepted Work: Wednesday, January 27, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by special arrangements with Gallery Director, Rachel Carlson. Core Maple and Main artists may submit one piece. Work for this exhibition must have been created in the last 3 years. Photographs, off-set lithographs, and other prints made using xerographic, digital, or photographic processes do not qualify. Work that is done under tutelage (while in a class or workshop) may not be submitted. Work cannot exceed 42 inches exterior dimensions including frame. All submissions of work and materials are at the artist’s sole risk. Maple and Main Gallery assumes no responsibility for loss or damage during the exhibition or subsequent storage at the close of the show. Artists agree to commit accepted works for the duration of the exhibition. Maple and Main Gallery reserves the right to remove or not accept any art for any reason at any time. All work must be priced and for sale. Sold work needs to be replaced with a same-sized work by the artist within three days. The entry of your artwork constitutes your acceptance of these terms. Terms and conditions for sale of artwork: Checks and credit card payment for purchase of artwork, including CT sales tax, shall be made out to Maple and Main Gallery. If the artwork is sold, 30% of the sale price will be retained by Maple and Main Gallery and 70% of the sale price will be remitted to the artist by check from Maple and Main Gallery.
