You are joining a premier private golf club in the heart of the island of Montreal. It is located in Pointe
Claire Quebec near the shore of Lac St Louis, a short drive from downtown Montreal and minutes from the
Pierre Trudeau International Airport. The Beaconsfield Golf Club is one of the oldest golf clubs in Canada in
the same location. It was founded in 1904 and is rich in tradition. One of the buildings on site dates from
1860, well before the founding of the Club.
World renowned Canadian architect Stanley Thompson left his mark on the layout and features of the
course in 1941. The Club has hosted many international events, several LPGA events and more recently
the Canadian Amateur championship.
You and your family will enjoy an excellent facility with golf events and activities designed for all calibers of
play (including family days that allow even small children and other family members that do not play often
to enjoy an outing), an excellent junior and instructional program to enhance your enjoyment of the game.
Several graduates from our junior program have received university golf scholarships.
Our dining facilities and services are geared for both business and family use. Our chef prepares succulent
dishes for family outings as well as for lunch or after golf dinners, brunch, business meetings or outside
tournaments and weddings.
Value added
You also benefit from reciprocal arrangements with clubs in most major Canadian cities. In addition,
playing members automatically join the Forest and Stream Club, one of the finest business/dinner clubs in
Montreal.
How to become a member
Our General Manager will introduce you to members and help you complete the application form. He will
explain the various membership categories designed to suit your financial and playing requirement needs.
There are special programs for younger golfers and those who have recently retired. Payment plans can be
arranged with the General Manager. Entrance fees are exclusively allocated to course and club house
improvements.

2017 PAYMENT TERMS
All applicable entrance fees, annual dues and capital contribution quoted exclude applicable taxes
Special annual dues apply to 5 day members; consult the Club for details
(Applicable only to existing members; quota is applicable)
Entrance fees can be paid over a three (3) year period at an interest rate of 10%
Annual dues can be paid:
- In two (2) installments (End of February and end of April) or in 6 installments from
March to August - administrative fee of $100.00 is applied
The capital contribution is automatically charged to a member's account in 5 installments
from May to September of each year
Annual dues includes the following:
- Club storage and cleaning
- Locker rental and locker services
- Golf Quebec fees
There is a surcharge for room rentals and the storage and charging of power caddies.
Guest green fees $100.00; package of 5 for $400.00
2017 PLAY TIMES
REGULAR MEMBER
Unlimited play times except:
- On Tuesdays and Thursdays only after the women`s leagues
- On Wednesdays only after the junior competitions
ASSOCIATE MEMBER
Tees closed on the following days
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:30 to 14:00
- Week ends and Holidays: first starting time to 11:30
JUNIORS
- During the week: Regular and Associate members have priority
- Week ends - no play until 16:00
UNDERAGE JUNIORS
- Only after 17:00 every day
GUEST PLAY
- Saturdays and holidays: guest not permitted to tee before 12:30 PM
- Sundays: one guest only before 9AM and not guest at other times
