YEAR ELEVEN SUBJECT EVENING

We will be holding a Parents' Evening in the Main Hall at the Academy on Wednesday 7th November 2012 to enable you to
meet your son/daughter's subject tutors and to discuss his/her progress. This is obviously an important time in your
son/daughter’s education and this will be the last formal opportunity for you to meet their teachers before examinations in
the summer. This contact will be vital in providing you with information about how you can support your son/daughter to
ensure that they are successful.
You are invited to make appointments through your son/daughter, who will have received an appointment sheet in their
register. Appointments begin at 4:30 pm, and finish at 7.30pm. Please indicate on the slip below whether or not you will be
able to attend.
Please use this sheet to make a note of your child’s teachers so you know who you need to see.
