Note! These courses are only the first steps to becoming a Enghouse Interactive technician.
It is very important that you start working with the Trio Enterprise or Vision 80/20 products, together
with a more experienced technician, directly after the course. If you don’t have a colleague with
enough experience, contact Enghouse Interactive to book a consultant to help you with your first
delivery project or to help you with support incident handling directly after the completed courses.

3 Complete Course Overview
3.1 Trio Enterprise Basic Support and Installation (4 + 4 days)
Course aim;
The course is for Technicians who will be working with Trio Enterprise systems either with
support or installation.
After the course the attendees will be able to install and configure a new or upgrade an
existing simple Trio Enterprise system.
The attendees should, after the course, also be able to maintain the system as well as perform
the most common configuration changes. In addition the attendees will know how to proceed
when assistance from Trio is necessary.
The course includes many hands-on exercises as well as theory. During the course,
participants will set up a basic Trio Enterprise system based on the most common functions
and components. Furthermore the course will contain subjects such as Solution Design and
Support/Backup issues
Requirements;
The participant must have basic knowledge in:



Windows 2008 Server
PBX functions

3.2 Vision 80/20 1st line Support and Product Overview (2 days)
Course aim;
The course is for Technicians who will be working with CC10.0 systems, PAM 3.0 systems or
Auto Attendant 4.1 systems either with support or installation.
After the course the attendees will be familiar with the different clients in the system and be
able to handle 1st line support.
The course is a requirement for the courses in support and installation for CC10.0, PAM3.0 or
AA 4.1.
The course includes many hands-on exercises as well as theory. Furthermore the course will
contain subjects such as Solution Design and Support/Backup issues

installation.

Course aim;
The course is for Technicians who will be working with PAM 3.0 systems either with support or
installation.
After the course the attendees will be able to install and configure a new or upgrade an
existing simple CPE-based PAM 3.0 system.
The attendees should, after the course, also be able to maintain the system as well as perform
the most common configuration changes. In addition the attendees will know how to proceed
when assistance from Enghouse is necessary.
The course includes many hands-on exercises as well as theory. During the course,
participants will set up a basic PAM3.0 system based on the most common functions and
components. Furthermore the course will contain subjects such as Solution Design and
Support/Backup issues

3.5 Auto Attendant Support and Installation (3 days)
Course aim;
After the course the attendees will be familiar with the different functions in Auto Attendant, how to
perform the installation and modify the settings of the product.
Requirements;
The participant must have attended to the following Enghouse courses:

3.6 Trio Enterprise Calendar Connections and Enterprise Sync (2
days)
Course aim;
Calendar Connections
After this part of the course the attendees will be able to install and support a Trio Enterprise system
with one of our supported Calendar Connections.
Enterprise Sync
After this part of the course the attendees will be able to use the LDAP client to import the data from
an external database to the Trio Enterprise directory.
Requirements;
The participant must have attended to the following Trio courses:


Basic Support and Installation course 4.x or
Update Course 4.0
The participant must have good knowledge in:


3.7 Trio Enterprise Multi-Server Solutions (3 days)
This course is for experienced technicians with several successful installation projects. During this
course, the technicians will work in groups of 2.
Course Aim;
The course will go through failover installation, multi-server installation in different geographic
locations and upgrade a failover system. We will also look at troubleshooting issues.
Requirements;
The participant must have several successful Trio Enterprise Installation projects that are up and
running.
The participant must have attended the following courses



Basic Support and Installation course for TE 4.0/4.1 or
Update Course TE 4.0 and
Update Video TE 5.0
The participant must have good knowledge in:


Windows 2008 Server

3.8 Trio Enterprise Integration with Microsoft Lync 2013 (3 days)
This course is for experienced technicians with several successful installation projects and have
knowledge of Microsoft Lync.
Course Aim;
The course will go through the integration between Microsoft Lync and Trio Enterprise.
Requirements;
The participant must have several successful Trio Enterprise Installation projects that are up and
running.
The participant must have attended the following courses

Basic Support and Installation course for TE 4.0 or
Update Course TE 4.0
Update Video TE 5.0 and
Multi-server solutions
The participant must have good knowledge in:


Windows 2008 Server
Microsoft Lync 2013
3.9 Trio Visit (1day)
This course is for technicians that already have knowledge of the Trio Enterprise system or Vision
80/20 system and will work with installation and support of the Visit system.
Course aim;
After this course the attendees shall be able to install and maintain the Trio Visit System
Requirements;
The participant must have attended to the following courses:


Trio Enterprise Basic Support and Installation course and
Trio Enterprise Calendar Connections and Enterprise Sync Course

Vision CC Support and Installation Course
Or
The participant should have basic knowledge in:

3.10 Vision 80/20 Update CC10.0 and integrated PAM 3.0 system (2
days)
Course aim;
After this course every participant shall understand the difference between CCBridge 9.0 and CC10.0.
This course is for technicians that already have knowledge of the CC9.0 product.
The course also goes through the differences in the combined PAM and CC systems including the
general attendant.
It will also go through the news inStatistics 3.0.
After the course the attendees will be able to install and configure a new CC10.0 /PAM 3.0 system or
upgrade an existing CC/PAM system to CC10.0/PAM 3.0.. They will also be install and configure a
combined system.
The attendees should, after the course, also be able to maintain the system as well as perform the
most common configuration changes. In addition the attendees will know how to proceed when
assistance from Enghouse is necessary.
The course includes hands-on exercises as well as theory. The focus of the course will be on the
differences in the new version compared to the previous release.
Requirements;
The participant must have attended:

A certification training in VIP2000/CCB ridge


Have experience with CCBridge 9.0
Have experience with PAM 2.5
and
Enghouse Interactive
