A hassle free way to move
Savills Asset Management handles the efficient sale of your home for
you. Our process is simple and makes selling as seamless as possible:
1. Appraisal & asking price
We will have your home appraised by the
three best local agents and then appoint
two agents to sell.
The asking price is always set by you.
2. Viewings & offers
All viewings, feedback and marketing
are handled and arranged by us, we then
negotiate the offers on your behalf.
You will always have the final decision
on whether to accept or not.
3. Exchange & completion
We will then handle the sales progression to
exchange and completion, with Renaissance
Villages paying 0.75%* of the proceeds of
the sale towards the agents’ fees.
All in all, it is a stress-free, time-saving
way to sell your home for the price you want.
We do all the time-consuming negotiation
and management for you, while constantly
reporting back on the progress of your sale.

SPF Private Clients, an associate of

make the right choices.
We know that the cost of moving can
quickly add up – that’s why if you
choose one of our panel solicitors we’ll
contribute towards their fees.
We want to help give you peace of mind
throughout your moving process, and SPF
Private Clients can ensure this by providing
advice and arranging short term finance for
when you are purchasing your new home.
The assigned solicitor will be from our
professional panel and we have managed
to secure special rates for our customers to
keep fees to a minimum.
All solicitors we use are highly experienced in
helping clients who are downsizing, and can
assist with both the sale of your current home
and moving in to your new one.
Their expertise has been built upon nearly 20
years of sourcing the best secured property
finance in the market.
This service is designed to make the move
to your new home stress-free and simple.
SPF Short Term Finance are able to arrange
bridging loans secured against various types
of residential and commercial property assets
including development plots and land. They also
regularly assist clients who wish to purchase a
new property prior to selling their existing home.
If you choose to use one of our panel solicitors
Renaissance Villages will contribute £750
towards your solicitors fees. This is payable
upon completion.
